Adjusting Our Vision

Adjusting Our Vision

Are you front sight focused??

Being front sight focused is a saying used in the military.

It means having an awareness of the goal, as well as an awareness of the present state, but an intense focus on the tasks needed to move forward from the now, into the future.

We live in a world full of distractions.

Literally, we have a distraction within a 3 foot area 24/7. Our phones, our TVs, our computers, and so much more. The biggest war going on right now is the war for our attention.

These distractions are sneaky though. They slowly work their way into our lives and are marketed to us as helpful tools (they can be if you are disciplined).

We have a limited amount of time on this earth and these distractions are trying to take as much of it as possible because time is money.

If you want to accomplish any of the goals in your life that you have for yourself you have to be disciplined with these distractions because they are almost impossible to eliminate.

To fulfill your mission in life you have to stay front sight focused.

You have to be aware of what is going on around you but you have to be intensely focused on the tasks that need to be done to move your life forward.

Focus up.
